The top management of your selected company wants you to develop a good quality management system. As you may not familiar with how operations in your selected business are performed. You can begin with your team members conducting the following expected steps: analyzing and evaluating the current operation system of your choice, investigating what and how other companies operate their operation system or part of it. You suppose to help the company of your choice to develop a quality management plan that include the quality dimensions and characteristics of the system/or subsystem of your choice.
